Campanar Obert 2026
Campanar Obert 2026 turns the neighbourhood into an open-air cultural space on 12-13 September, with literature, music, art and food across the district's plazas and shops.
Campanar celebrates the second edition of Campanar Obert on 12 and 13 September, turning the neighbourhood into an open-air cultural space: literature, music, art, food and everyday neighbourhood life come together in Plaza de los Jubilados, Plaza de la Iglesia and Plaza Olvidada, alongside more than 20 participating local shops and cultural venues.
The programme brings together more than 30 authors, live music and painting, storytelling, children's activities, open-air cinema, workshops and demonstrations (including a Lindy Hop exhibition). Two guided routes a day, at 10:00 and 17:00, connect the different participating spaces. Admission is free all weekend.
Campanar also holds its own patronal fiesta, the Fiestas del Santísimo Cristo del Pouet, just a week later (19-27 September), and borders the area around Bioparc València, at the western end of the old Turia riverbed.
