More plans that weekend
Swan Lake is one of the most admired works of classical ballet, presented by the Imperial Heritage Ballet. The story of Odette and Prince Siegfried comes to life in a show of dance, Tchaikovsky's music and classical choreography. The production stands out for its realistic scenery, handmade costumes and the emotional performance of the artists.
The Imperial Heritage Ballet company performs «Swan Lake» on Tuesday 22 December 2026 at 20:30 at La Rambleta, a multi-purpose cultural centre in the Sant Marcel·lí neighbourhood that combines performing arts venues with its own food and drink offer. The show retells the story of Odette and Prince Sigfrido with music by Chaikovski and classical choreography. The venue itself programmes these December dates alongside another production, «El Cascanueces», although this text refers only to the performance of «Swan Lake».
- Side seats: from 30 € (+3 € booking fee)

«Swan Lake» is one of the most performed titles in the classical repertoire, with a score by Chaikovski recognisable even to those who have never seen a ballet, and companies such as Imperial Heritage Ballet usually present it with large-scale sets and costumes designed to tour theatres across Spain. The running time of the show and whether it includes an interval have not been published yet; check the La Rambleta website before the date, especially as it falls in the middle of the Christmas season, when the city programme is usually extended.
To complete the plan
The date fits a seasonal trip: the Christmas in Valencia guide collects other plans for those dates, and the guide to plans for couples in Valencia includes ideas for before or after the show. To reach Sant Marcel·lí, the guide on how to get around Valencia explains the public transport options.
