The area
La Marina de València occupies the former port complex built for the America's Cup, next to the Poblats Marítims district and close to Playa de las Arenas and the neighbourhood of el Cabanyal. The event comes just over a week after the same venue hosted the Visor Fest music festival, confirming that La Marina combines large-scale sporting and musical programming throughout the year. The guide to getting around València details the tram and bus lines that reach the port, handy for following the racing without relying on a car.
