On its own historic square in La Seu, right by the church of Santa Catalina, this horchatería and chocolate house has been pouring tiger-nut horchata with fartons for more than two centuries. Manises tiles line the walls and the service is impeccably old-school: the place to drink horchata exactly the way valencianos always have.
