València Design Fest 2026

The València Design Fest 2026 runs from 11 September to 15 October at venues across Valencia. The programme brings together exhibitions, talks, podcasts, presentations, children's workshops, projects by emerging talent, a film season at La Filmoteca and themed routes around the city. This year Poland is the guest country, with an exhibition at the Galería Pasaje 94.

What is the València Design Fest?

It is the festival that puts Valencian design in the spotlight every year. It brings companies and professionals from around the world together around the local talent of Valencia, recognised by UNESCO as a City of Design. In 2026 it joins forces with Feria Hábitat, Textilhogar, Espacio Cocina SICI, 360 by Cevisama and the Nude show.

Which Design Fest exhibitions are still open in October?

• Until 11 October: “Línea, luz y color. Los cómics de Miguel Calatayud”, at the Centre Cultural La Nau.
• Until 16 October: “Ideas para después”, in the hall of the EASD València.
• Until 31 October: “Que no es muiga” by Andrea Savall, at the Museo Nacional de Cerámica.

Which talks and workshops are left until 15 October?

• Monday 5 October, 19:00: “The New Habitat 27/28” by APE Grupo, in the assembly hall of the Universidad Europea de València.
• Tuesday 6 October: the workshop “Cianotipia experimental: botánica y tonificación natural” (experimental cyanotype) at 10:30 at CEI Valencia; the talk “Darrere de l’aire” at 18:00 at the EASD València; a talk by Dan Thawley at 19:00 at the Universidad Europea de València.
• Wednesday 7 October: the workshop “La experimentación como método creativo” at 10:30 at CEI Valencia and “IV Design Day” at 11:00 at the Universidad Europea de València.
• Thursday 8 October, 12:00: a talk by elii arquitectos at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura.
• Tuesday 13 October: a guided tour of the permanent exhibition of L’ETNO at 18:00 and “Escenas del diseño valenciano” with Closca at 19:00 in the library of the Colegio Territorial de Arquitectos de València.
• Wednesday 14 October, 19:00: “Diseñar interiores: acoger, asignar, distinguir y excluir”, at the Centre Cultural La Nau.
• Thursday 15 October, 10:00: “Future of Fashion” 2026, at the Complejo Cultural La Petxina.

What did Feria Valencia host as part of the festival?

From 28 September to 1 October, Feria Valencia hosted Feria Hábitat València 2026, the nude 2026 show and the Premios Nacionales de Diseño (National Design Awards) exhibition, the last two in hall 6b. Cines Babel screened the Encuentro de Cine y Diseño (film and design meeting) from 27 September to 1 October.
