Gastrónoma Valencia 2026 takes place from 26 to 28 October at Feria Valencia, in pavilions 3 and 4 on level 2. The food trade fair features talks, cooking demonstrations and discussion panels on developments and challenges in the sector.

What Coffee Hub adds to the programme
A new feature this year is Coffee Hub, a specialist coffee area bringing together companies, baristas and experts.
Tickets and accreditation for visiting the fair
The visitor section of the Gastrónoma website provides access to professional accreditation and general admission for food enthusiasts. Professional access requires proof of activity in the sector. Accreditation is valid for all three days of the fair and general admission for one day; minors up to 14 enter free when accompanied by an adult.
